Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire: Knee-length, midi, or maxi dresses; dressy jumpsuits; suit and tie.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at The Cookery at 4 p.m. The ceremony will start at 4:30 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, The Cookery offers valet parking. Pull in at The Cookery (1101 W Chapel Hill St, Durham, NC 27701) and they will park your car in a nearby lot. We also encourage taking Lyfts or Ubers to the ceremony. Both hotels we have blocks at -- Durham Marriot City Center and the Residence Inn Durham are within a mile of the venue.

Are any events outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside. The reception will be indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note allergies and any dietary restrictions in your RSVP. We are working with our caterer to make sure everyone has a meal they can eat.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having a welcome party at Ponysaurus at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 3. The address is 219 Hood St, Durham, NC 27701, and RSVPs are not required.
