This is an outdoor venue. Bring layers and comfortable footwear.
If coming from Hwy24W: Head south down 21st street. Take a right on Argus Street (past the dog park entrance and lower gold camp road). Take a right at the Bear Creek Regional Park Entry Sign. Continue down the street until your reach three large clustered pavilions labeled 1, 2, and 3 on the right hand side.

Semi-Formal preferred.
The Barrel Room opens up to the front of the school near the Bristol Brewing truck. Depending on weather the garage doors may be closed and guests may have to go through the school to get to the venue. Take a right after entering the school, head all the way down the hall and go down the stairs at the end to find the Barrel Room. Bristol Barbecue will be catering this event. Food will be set up buffet style with beef brisket, pulled pork, and chicken as meats and cole slaw, smoked gouda mac n' cheese, and bacon green beans for sides. If you aren't feeling barbecue there are multiple restaurants within Ivywild where guest can purchase pasta, tacos, pizza, and other foods should you wish to do so. There are multiple beers on tap in the Barrel room, wines and mixed drinks can be found at the Principals Office, just upstairs from the barrel room.
