Our caterer is requesting your choice of starter, main, and desert be selected ahead of time. Please review the following choices and then use the drop down menu to select your option! Starters -Haggis, Neeps and Tatties served with a Speyside Whisky Cream -Wild Mushroom Soup with Nutmeg Cream, served with Crusty Bread Mains -Braised Feather Blade of Highland Beef served with a Vegetable Parcel wrapped in Parma Ham, Fondant Potato and a Rich Veal Reduction -Pan Seared Scottish Salmon, Crushed Potato and Leek, Red Pepper Coulis, charred Baby Gem served in White Wine and Arran Mustard Sauce -Vegetarian- will be discussed with caterer to accommodate Desert - Rich Chocolate and Drambuie Torte, Chocolate Stoli, Vanilla Ice Cream and Berry Compote - White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake served with Berry compote

This event is kilt optional. Formal attire requested.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors-pass through the garden and down the steps, then grab a seat!

Weather depending this will be held in either the garden or reception rooms.
Wedding Breakfast (AKA Dinner)

Meet us in the ballroom for speeches and dinner.
