Due to space limitations, plus ones are only included for guests whose invitation specifically lists a guest. If your invitation says “and Guest,” you are welcome to bring one. Thank you for understanding!
Because our wedding venue has limited capacity, we kindly ask that only children specifically named on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cocktail Attire We consider this to be a suit with recommended tie for the men and knee or calf length dresses or stylish jumpsuits for the ladies. There is no specific color scheme, but please be mindful that the bridal party will be in Sage.
The Ceremony is planned to be outdoors. A day-of decision will be made by the Brides and Venue staff to move the Ceremony to a covered pavilion, should the weather choose to not cooperate.
The walk from the parking lot to the Ceremony site is on a paved but downhill surface. Guests (especially those in heels!) are advised to use caution when making their way to the Ceremony. Any guests who may want additional assistance will have access to a golf cart shuttle. The Cocktail Hour will be held only a few steps from the Ceremony site. However, the Reception will be held on the upper floor of the main building. Any guest unable to comfortably walk up a flight of stairs will again have access to the golf cart to shuttle them back up the hill to the upper-level entrance.
To ensure everyone is seated for the start of the Ceremony, guests are asked to arrive by 4:00pm. Guests arriving after 4:15pm will be held back from the Ceremony site by venue staff. Guests arriving prior to 3:30pm will not be granted access through the property's main gate. The gate will freely open at 3:45pm to all guests and remain open until the conclusion of the evening.
A complimentary shuttle will be provided for all guests staying with us at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Kindly gather under the overhang at the entrance of the hotel by 3:20pm for a prompt 3:30pm departure. The shuttle will return guests back to the hotel at the conclusion of the evening.
For those looking to drive themselves to Trout Lake, the venue has a large parking lot directly accessible through the main gain that is capable of holding over 75 cars. For the handicap accessible spots, please proceed to the rear of the parking lot.
