We’re so excited to have you here! Please join us for a casual welcome gathering as we kick off the wedding festivities. This is a chance to relax, grab some refreshments, and mingle with friends and family before the big day. Guests will need to stop by the front desk to arrange transportation down to the beach pavilion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Ceremony

Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the Wedding Knoll by 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. All guests will use shuttle transportation to reach the ceremony site. Off-property guests: Park at the lower lot and check in at the front desk to arrange a shuttle. Lodge guests: Visit the front desk to arrange a shuttle. Cabin or guest house guests: The shuttle will pick you up directly from your cabin or house. Simply call the front desk to arrange shuttle transportation to the Wedding Knoll. Please do not park at the lot by the wedding knoll as parking there is very limited!
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Following the ceremony, shuttles will be available to transport guests from the Wedding Knoll to the cocktail hour location.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

If you wish to depart the reception early, shuttles will be available for your convenience. Please stop by the hotel’s front desk to arrange a ride back to your guest house or cabin, or let a staff member know and a shuttle will be directed to the guest barn for pickup. For those staying in guest rooms at the main lodge, the event barn is just a short walk away.

Farewell Brunch
