We're getting Married!

We love the show “The peaky blinders” and decided to do something similar to that vibe. “Dani loves old time stuff and dressing up so it was easy for us to decide on doing this” -Josue “I love the vintage vibe and couldn’t be happier that Josue wanted to dress up to and even rented us a cool car to take pictures with!” -Dani

We’re going to Disney! It’s been our tradition to visit Disney parks for birthdays or anniversaries. So, for our 2 year anniversary we wanted to vacation at Pismo beach and one of the days we had planned to visit Disneyland. We drove through the mountains to get to Anaheim, the views were amazing. Once we got to the city, traffic was horrible. “I was already nervous about proposing but the traffic took it to another level…” -Josue. We waited in traffic forever but finally made it to the park! We walked in and headed to the castle to take our picture before the lines got too big. “I could tell Josue was nervous but I didn’t want to get my hopes up that he would propose, but I was secretly hoping he would!” -Dani We waited at the line to take the picture and while we waited we watched some kid having a melt down about taking pictures with the family, the poor photographer was trying her hardest to keep the kid still and happy.. “I used that time to quickly tell the other Disney photographer that I planned to propose to Dani. I said it in Spanish also in case Dani would have heard, but she was distracted by the kid having a tantrum” - Josue. The line started moving again and it was finally time for us to get in front of the castle to a take our picture. The photographer distracted Dani by placing her off to the side. “I then reached in my bag for the ring, walked behind her, grabbed her hand and told her a few words that I’m keeping for us, then I got down on one knee and asked her if she would marry me, the crowd started cheering as Dani said yes!” - Josue “Ever since I was a kid I called Disneyland my Happy place and joked that I always wanted to be proposed to there. I couldn’t be happier that my favorite person at my favorite place asked me to marry him!” -Dani
