The dress code for our wedding day is black tie optional. We ask that men wear a suit and that women wear a dress. The bridesmaids will be wearing a floor length sage green dress. If you are in the military feel free to wear your dress uniform. I will wear my dress blues for the ceremony, but wear a suit for the reception. Please note the ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings - including a patio and a lawn during the cocktail hour. Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in grass may want to choose a block heel.
Please arrive at Wrightsville Manor between 4:10 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. ET to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:30 p.m.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Wrightsville Manor. If you plan to leave your car there over night, the venue asks that it is picked up by 10:00 a.m. the next morning.
We have chosen to limit children to only those in the ceremony. Our intent is that all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion and goof off with us late into the night. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day, but completely understand if this means you can not make it. Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
We kindly ask that phone and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. If you want a picture of the event please let us know! We will make sure to share the official photos with you!
