This hotel is approximately 11 minutes from our wedding & reception venue and is located next to the bar/restaurant that will host our rehearsal dinner and after party on the day of the wedding. Shuttle

A school bus shuttle (yes, a big yellow bus) will be shuttling to and from the venue and will make a stop at each of the two hotels before returning to venue. Order will be venue-Fairfield-SpringHill-venue. Round trip is approximately 40 minutes. The bus schedule can be seen below: Before Ceremony 3:00 p.m. - pick up at SpringHill Suites 3:10 p.m. - pick up at Fairfield Inn & Suites 3:25 p.m. - drop off at venue 3:40 p.m. - pick up at SpringHill Suites 3:50 p.m. - pick up at Fairfield Inn & Suites 4:05 p.m. - drop off at venue After Ceremony 6 p.m. - round trip from venue 8 p.m. - round trip from venue 9:30 p.m. - round trip from venue 10:30 p.m. - last trip to hotels (no return to venue)
