What is the benefit of booking a suite through our Travel Agent?

Answer

The benefit of booking the group block is to guarantee the land pricing and to take advantage of the group perks offered. When the travel agent secures the room block, the hotel rate is locked in. As time goes by, the hotel will raise their rates and/ or sell out, so booking as a group will protect this increase.

Is there a group rate for airfare?

Answer

Great question! Airfare is tricky! In order for Liberty Travel to guarantee airfare, they need to reserve the flights as a group. They need a minimum of 10 people traveling together on the same flights/dates. They find that 99% of social groups have difficulty getting everyone on the same page, so unfortunately, group air doesn’t work too well as people are coming from all over and they want to depart/return on different dates. However, if you are researching flights and seeing a drastic difference in pricing then please reach out to our Travel Agent, Jaime Levine so she can review it on a case-by-case basis.

What is the payment schedule for booking my suite at the hotel?

The Group Leader and the guests must pay Liberty Travel by credit card, check, wire or ACH according to the following schedule: - Individual Deposit of $150 per person Due Date: TBD - Individual Final Payment per person Due Date: January 17th, 2024 If paying by check please ensure that the check is received within ten (10) business days before the above dates so that the funds can clear from the accounts. Note: All rooms NOT deposited by October 12th, 2023, and confirmed can be released back to the hotel at any time prior to January 17th, 2024.
