Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Our venue is at a summer camp, so please bring outdoor clothes for before and after the events. Welcome party- lawn party attire! Sundresses, summer colors, shorts, short sleeve button downs, sandals, linen. Reception- Summer cocktail attire. cocktail dresses, jacket and slacks, dress shirt and tie. Late summer colors encouraged.

What about shoes?

Answer

There will be a lot of grass and dirt paths, so keep those stilettos at home. Block heels, shoes with a bit more support are encouraged. I would also bring a pair of close toed shoes, if you wish to be part of the bonfire.

Open bar??

Answer

Yes! Our welcome party will be open wine and beer. Our reception will be open bar with bar service from 4:00pm- 9:00pm. After this, there will be self serve beer and wine until we run out! Our bartenders are already well taken care of. If you wish to give them a small cash tip, there will be a tip jar at the bar.

What are these cabins like?

Answer

The cabins are for a camp during the summer, and are a great way to keep everyone together and safe to celebrate as they wish. They all have electricity, linens, and access to a bathhouse with toilets, showers, power outlets, and sinks near by. When leaving, leave the linens and any trash in the cabins, as staff will be by to clean after the event. The cabins house 2 to 10 people, in a variety of different set ups, so folks will be grouped together. We will do our best to make the groupings make sense, but please send up any considerations or questions before booking.

Will I have service? Wifi?

Answer

Roxbury is mostly a service dead zone, but does have reliable Wi-Fi. We encourage you to unplug, enjoy some nature, get to know each other. If you need to make a call, service for at&t and Verizon typically pops back up near the Northfield country club. Windridge does have wifi, and it is free and easy to access. Wifi: TBD Password: TBD

Question

Can I bring my kids? What about fur babies?

Answer

We want this weekend to be a time for all of us adults to let loose and enjoy the celebration, so we are not having children at our event. The venue does not allow dogs or pets.
