Am I allowed to bring a plus-one? Both the wedding invitation and the RSVP will indicate all parties invited. Unfortunately, due to venue and event capacity, we are unable to include individuals outside of the formal invitation list. Am I allowed to bring my children? We love your children but, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children at welcome drinks and our wedding ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
The majority of the weekend events will be held outdoors. Please wear low heels that are comfortable on bark and grass.

We advise you to take the provided shuttles versus driving as parking is limited. If you choose to drive you can park in "Kid's Camp" by the tennis courts and a shuttle will escort you from there.

Yes, shuttles will be provided from Gravity Haus Hotel, The Hampton Inn Hotel and Schaffers Mill. If you are not staying at those locations, please arrange to still take the shuttle from one of those.
July in Tahoe is typically in the 80s. Expect sunny days and cool nights with beautiful alpenglow sunsets.
We encourage everyone to come on our shuttles from Schaffer's Mill, Gravity Haus and Hampton Inn. If for some reason you are unable to go tot that location for a shuttle pick up then you will need to park at Kid's Camp within Lahontan and we will escort you to the ceremony via another shuttle. The guard house can direct you to Kid's Camp upon arrival to Lahontan. Ubers are also available all around Truckee.
