My big sister! Kaitlyn is the big sister I never had growing up. She is such a wonderful role model, and I look up to her so much. Anytime I need advice, Kaitlyn is always my first phone call. She’s a great listener and gives the best life (and wedding) advice. She is the best dog mom to my nephew, Ollie Pollie Wollie, who I love dearly. I can't wait for her to stand by my side on our big day!

My little sister! Brooke is such a beautiful soul. Since we are seven years apart, I have always felt like more of a second mom to her. As she gets older our relationship has turned into a friendship. She is always there when I need her, and I can always count on her to be a friend. Even though we have our fights, (I win every time) we are always there for each other.

We go back before James and I met. She and I played volleyball together for years and had the most fun together! From driving to practice everyday and weekend sleepovers, we were such great friends. We ended up coaching the high school boys volleyball team together, which is where James and I first met! Fast forward to 10 years later, and we are still so close, even though we are a couple hours away. Wine buddies forever!

The best teacher I know! Yasna is the most sweet, caring, and patient person. We worked together at our preschool and became super close friends. Even though we don’t work together anymore, we get together for girls nights and date nights whenever we can. Yasna is always down to party or hangout at home and chat for the whole night. She is one of a kind, and I cherish her friendship.

My Brunch Buddy! Skylar is such a sweet, sweet soul who I had the pleasure of becoming friends with through James. She is engaged to the Officiant (Shoutout J.R.!), and we just hit it off immediately after we were introduced. She is always such a good listener and is so supportive of both James and me. I just love that Skylar is always down for a yummy brunch spot (Monica’s is our fav), mimosas, and a catch up sesh.

My greatest mentor! Shelby worked at the preschool before me, and she was my first co-teacher. She is amazing with kids and has the best attitude about everything in life. Her little family is the absolute cutest, and her almost two-year-old, Jadyn, is gorgeous. She is one of the funniest people I know and always has great advice. Shelby has talked me through some of the hardest experiences in my life and helped shape me into the person (and teacher) I am today.

Kassie is James’ second oldest sister! She has been so sweet from day one. She has always made the effort to include me in family events and make me feel so welcome. I absolutely LOVE her sense of style, and her party planning skills are just amazing! She is the best mom to her three daughters (who are adorable by the way). I actually knew Tessa before James because my older brother, Tyler, grew up going to school with her. I always looked up to her because she was so pretty and nice to everyone. She was someone I never talked to growing up, but admired the way she carried herself and how she treated others. I couldn’t be happier that she is my soon-to-be sister-in-law!

The cutest flower girl there could ever be! Brielle is James’ niece and the most wonderful, kind, free spirited child I have ever met. She is always so full of sass and lights up every room she walks into. We share the same love for “chippies” and James. Brielle has the absolute best poses for pictures (I need her to teach me some lessons before the wedding). I can’t wait to have her be a part of our special day!

Jon-Ross is my best friend. We've known each other since sixth grade, and we've been friends since seventh grade. J.R. has always been there for me whenever I needed anything, and I've shared the best laughs of my life with him. He was also there the day that I first met Danielle when I called "dibs." I am honored to have J.R. stand with us and make this thing official!

Jacob is my fourth oldest sister! I asked him to be my flower girl, but he declined (so I had to make him my best man). But seriously, Jacob is the person I can count on the most, and I trust him more than anybody. He has the best soul and is my movie buddy for life (sorry Danielle).

Kenny is my big bro. Growing up, Kenny was always there to pick me up from school or practice (except when he forgot). He paved the way for me as a basketball player and an EMT. Although we chose opposite career paths, I still love the guy. P.S. He also makes the best coffee.

Late night gaming buddies! As unfortunate as it is to have Alex live all the way in San Diego, we have been able to stay close through online video games, mostly between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00 AM. Alex (a.k.a Assist Master) was my high school volleyball setter, and he carried me to a First Team All-League award. He has been there through Danielle's and my entire relationship, and I am glad he will be there to Assist me on my wedding day.

Sam is a great guy. We have been friends since high school, and the casa de Ogee was the squad hangout spot. I even lost a bet and had to jump into his 40 degree pool in the middle of winter. He and his family have always been supportive of me and my life decisions. Sam is a lifelong friend, and the day wouldn't be as big without him.

My birthday buddy! Clayton and I were born on the same day in 1996, and the waiter from Campo Di Bocce will never recover from giving us both the birthday special. Clayton will always be my favorite gym partner, and I can count on him to tell me to do my set. We are very lucky he will be taking time off of his top secret assignments to attend the wedding.

BILLLLLLLLLL. Bill will always be one of my best friends, and he and I have shared some of the best nights ever together. It makes me very sad to have Bill live across the country, but it is so awesome he flies out for all of the important events like the annual camping trip (and the wedding too I guess). My brother from another mother. Andreas has been in my life since I was in elementary school when he was dating my sister. They would pick me up from school even though they had to wait for me to come out last every day. He still waits for me to wake up from my nap (after midnight) to play Apex Legends. Andreas is not only a great friend and family member, but he is also one of my greatest mentors. I have learned so much from him, and I am so lucky to have shared so many cigars and deep talks with him over the years.

Blue blood brother. Eric is married to my third oldest sister. He has been very supportive of my career and always makes himself available to give me advice when I need it. It's always a good time to make fun of the big red grocery trucks and Lazy Boys with him. Eric has a good head on his shoulders, and he is actually hilarious. I am excited to give him an excuse to go on vacation.

Mowgli (Tyler) was my boss at the Livermore Rec Center Pool when I was fifteen. Before the huge summer swim meet hosting thousands of people, I didn't wake up to my alarm, and Tyler had to set up everything by himself. He didn't bother me about it until years later. He has always made me feel welcome in the family, and I can't wait to hang out in Hawaii again. I am excited to have another brother to smoke cigars with me.

Mo-Jo JoJo! Joseph is the next gentle giant of the family. He is going to be the best big brother to baby Hazel. He is so polite and kind to everyone he meets, and he gives the best headbutt hugs of anyone I know. It is an honor to have him provide ring security services at our wedding. I wouldn't trust anyone else with this important task.
