Hello everyone! We can't express enough how excited we are to celebrate our wedding with you. Whether or not you can join us in person on the big day, know that we're thankful to have you all in our lives and for sending your congratulations our way!
It dates back to 2012 when we were sophomores in high school at Klahowya Secondary School. We met in AP Chem, the first of many classes that brought us closer. We easily became friends - and then best friends - over the next three years. It seemed like everyone at Klahowya had predicted the two of us would be a couple someday...and they were right. It was a month after we had graduated high school and friends were having a sleepover. Everyone else was distracted by a movie when, at 3:30 AM, Ian asked Danielle to date him.
Danielle and Ian were walking home from the gym when Ian said he was expecting a special package to arrive the next day. She'd be working from home and could sign for it. What would he be expecting that required a signature? The box that arrived the next day was simple and white, with nothing to give away what was inside. When Ian got home later, he had a gleam in his eyes. Hmmm. Danielle and Ian enjoyed a candle-lit, southwestern-style dinner at San Carlos that evening, and their tummies were fat and happy on the walk back home. She had settled on their couch and started to assemble a new display shelf while Ian went off to another room. When he reappeared, Danielle was initially confused to find him kneeling and pouring his heart out to her. And then Ian asked the magic question. She can't remember how many times she said "YES." A very special package indeed.
