The dress code is Smart Casual for the Welcome Party. For Men: Button down or collared shirt with chinos (shorts or pants) or dress pants. Loafers or dress shoes For Women: Sundresses or a blouse paired with a skirt Dressy sandals, wedges, or heels The dress code is Formal for the Wedding. Bridesmaids will be wearing light blue. For Men: Dark suits with a formal shirt and tie or bow tie Dress shoes For Women: Long evening gowns or elegant cocktail dresses Dressy heels or stylish flats
While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this can be a fun night out for you to enjoy and celebrate with us!
A complimentary trolley will be provided to transport guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to the wedding venue. The trolley will make one departure only, leaving the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:40pm to shuttle guests to the venue for the ceremony. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time, as additional runs will not be available. For guests traveling independently, we recommend rideshare, but you are more than welcome to park at the hotel where there will be an optional valet service. Please note that transportation will not be provided at the conclusion of the event. Guests will be responsible for their own return arrangements.
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be outside, weather permitting. The weather in April tends to be in the low 80's during the day with temperatures dropping at night. We recommend women bring a light shawl to have at the reception.
Please arrive at the venue 20 to 30 minutes early to allow ample time to make it to the rooftop and find your seat. Please note that there is only one elevator and stairs to get to the rooftop.
