We met in 2017, when life had just begun to bring us together in unexpected ways. Grant was in New York City for a summer intensive at NYU, and Danielle was finishing her degree at Parsons. Though our paths crossed in a city of millions, it felt like fate had designed the perfect timing. What followed was a year of long-distance love, with Grant in Houston and Danielle in NYC. Late-night calls, weekend visits, and countless texts made the distance feel shorter, but it was never easy. Yet, it only made us stronger and more certain that we were meant to be together. In 2018, Grant decided to move back to New York to be with Danielle in Brooklyn, and that's when we truly began building our life together. A year later, we packed up our things and took the next big step—relocating to Austin, a city that felt like the perfect new chapter for us. Then, in 2023, we took another leap and moved to Colorado, drawn by the beauty and adventure the mountains offer. With every move, our bond grew deeper, and each place became a part of our story. Through all the changes, there’s one thing that has always remained constant: the love and joy we share. And of course, our two adorable companions—Murphy, our dog, and Sage, our cat—who have made our house feel like a true home. Together, we’ve built a family and a life filled with adventure, laughter, and a deep commitment to each other. Now, as we take the next step and marry, we’re excited to continue this journey together, wherever it may take us.
