We will be kicking off our wedding weekend with an open door cocktail reception. We hope you will join us for beer, wine, and small bites. Since there are no shuttles for this event, please see below for expected travel info to Calistoga: - 1 hour from Napa (Hampton Inn + Embassy Suites) - 40 minutes from Yountville - Uber is recommended, but driving is an option (unlike Saturday!)

Black-Tie Optional: Refers to a dress code in which a tuxedo/dinner jacket is requested, but guests have the option to wear a dark business suit. For women, this means either a long gown or a dressy cocktail dress. Heels are preferable, but please note that the venue has gravel flooring so we suggest wedges or heel protectors.
Shuttle Transportation is required for all wedding guests. NO PRIVATE/OUTSIDE vehicles are allowed at Beaulieu Gardens. *REQUIRED WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION * -Boarding Begins at 2:00 pm at all 3 of the designated pick up locations -Please plan to board no later than 2:15 pm -Departure will be at 2:30 pm sharp Shuttle transportation will pick up at the 3 designated hotels at the following locations: 1. Hampton Inn & Suites (Napa) 2. Embassy Suites (Napa) 3. The Vintage House (Yountville) Transportation is being provided by Pure Luxury. They will be holding a sign that says Bakhtiari-Barbic Wedding. Shuttles will be returning guests at their original pickup location at the conclusion of the event at 10 pm. *Please note that NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED at our wedding venue/property. Due to the recent Napa fires, our wedding venue/property is a mandatory non-smoking property. No fire lit cigarettes, cigars, etc. are permitted onsite. Failure to abide will result in a fine.*

The buses will be dropping anyone who wants to continue celebrating off at Sky & Vine - Rooftop at the Archer Hotel. This is just a starting point for THE AFTER PARTY. It is located in downtown Napa (close to Embassy Suites & Hampton Inn) and central to other rooftop and dive bars that we can walk too! (Mercantile Social, Napkins Bar & Grill, Downtown Joe's, Henry's Cocktail Lounge)
