Is there a minimum night stay at the resort?

Yes, there is a 3 night minimum at Casa De Campo. Our room block is set for Wednesday, March 13 - Sunday, March 17, however, guests are welcome to extend their stay for 2 days prior & 2 days after our room block. Subject to availability.

Is the resort all inclusive?

Casa De Campo is an all inclusive *optional* resort. All inclusive is priced at per person, per day. All Inclusive Adult - $204.80 All Inclusive Child - $139.52 Dining Includes: ✓ Full breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner at resort signature restaurants (*) or room service (applicable room service delivery charge extra). ✓ Extensive cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass at the resort’s signature restaurants, bars, lounges, and from the Oasis golf course cart (bottles, mini-bar, premium bottled water, specialty cognacs, and premium brand liqueurs are not included). Activities Include: ✓ Unlimited horseback riding, tennis, and non-motorized water sports at Minitas Beach. ✓ One round of 25 shots skeet/trap shooting. ✓ Use of family program activities, which includes our supervised children’s programs for ages 1-17, our Family Fun Zone, an entertainment center full of activities and games. ✓ Non-motorized water sports

We recommend booking your transportation service through Casa De Campo. Access to booking travel transportation is located on Travel & Room Block sections of our website.

Will transportation be provided at Casa De Campo from our hotel rooms to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we will arrange for shuttle service within the resort for guests to be transported to all wedding services. Shuttles will depart 30 minutes prior to event from the hotel lobby.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Given this is a destination wedding we would appreciate our guests to RSVP by December 15th. Hotel room block reservations are open until December 15th. Formal invitation to follow.

What's the best way to get around the 7,000 acre resort?

Answer

A complimentary golf-cart is provided with each room and there is golf-cart parking located all around the resort. Travel time to the beach: ~10 minute golf cart drive Travel time to the marina: ~ 15 minute golf cart drive Travel time to Altos De Chavon: ~15-20 minute shuttle ride (complimentary)

What is the gratuity policy in the DR ?

Gratuity is welcome. Keep in mind that a 10% service fee is included in all purchases which is designated for the staff.

There is a Casa De Campo app which can be downloaded. This will provide you with a resort map as well as access to booking all reservations for dining and excursions.

Where are the pools located?

Main hotel pool: located directly behind hotel lobby. This pool has a swim up bar. Minitas Beach Club Pool: ~10 minute golf cart drive. Adults only pool club with restaurant & bar. Optional cabana rentals. Beach pool: family friendly pool. Food trucks available as well as The Coco Mar Bar.

Golf Cart Rules

Answer

Please remember to bring your driver's license in addition to your passport if you plan on driving the golf cart. A valid driver's license is required in order to be a driver.
