Cody is Domonique’s Best Friend of 14 years. They became friends by accident in 2012 when a friend of Cody’s was trying to teach him how to flirt. Conversation between the two grew and then over time realized they had things in common. The friendship grew over food the love of musicals and dark humor. Most people would think the two don’t get along as they banter to each other but that is the way they show love. They were roommates for 6 years and Cody stuck with Domonique through her ups and downs in her dating life (Which gave him more ammo to poke fun at). Domonique has been very lucky to have made friends with Cody and is Happy to have him be her Man of Honor.
Doris Dodd
Best Woman
DORYYYY is what Danielle calls her best Friend. They met through work in 2018 and quickly became friends. Over the years they went on vacations, traveled to see the USA woman's soccer games and float trips, even getting lost in the bad part of town. They have the absolute best times at the current soccer games no matter if they loss or win. They both are sounding boards for one another with no judgment. Doris has made Danielle not only a better friend but also a better Dispatcher. Danielle is Proud to call Doris not only her Best friend but also her best woman.
Rachel Haight

Rachel is Domonique’s Military cousin. These two met at a Military Family Gathering when they were young and little did they know their fathers were already great friends. Rachel and her sister both became friends with Domonique and then after that meeting it then grew into love of family. Camping, family trips, bbq’s and summer parties were always fun when they were all able to get together growing up. Once Domonique gained her drivers license she would travel anytime she had to Modesto and spend time with her cousins. Even as adults when Dom would travel home she always made sure to go and spend some time with Rachel and her boyfriend Josh. Rachel is a spitfire and never holds back but she always was supportive of Domonique or the sounding board whenever she needed it. Their dark humor and love of binge watching movies, food, adventure and snuggle naps are always a comfort for the two. Domonique is happy to have Rachel as a Bridesmaid and cannot wait to have her help her get ready for the big day.
Abby Holden
Bromaid
Abby and Danielle was introduced through Dom. They quickly gravitated towards each other to the point where almost a year into the friendship abby asked Danielle to be her bromide in her wedding. They both bonded over scary movies and even to this day keep trying to plan a scary movie night even though it hasn't worked out yet.
Katie Heidrick Jackson

Oh Katie!! Is what you can hear Dom say when she gets around Katie. They met through Cody 7 years ago through the catering company. The two became friends and Katie gravitated towards Dom’s outward personality of getting things done. When Dom realized Katie needed help she stepped in. Katie will tell anyone and everyone that if you need anything or something done right get Dom. Domonique will call on Katie to get an outside perspective and is always grateful for the support and advice that Katie provides. In turn after serious talks their conversations can be like a roller coaster as the two get distracted easily but can also keep each other on track. (Contradicting at its finest of ADHD) They both know that can call on each other anytime.

Dina and Danielle met through abby. They also gravitated towards each other and bond over scary movies. Dina, Abby and Danielle have nicked named themselves as the 3 amigos.
Tasch Beard- Haight

Tasch is Domonique’s Military cousin. They met as young girls at a military family gathering. They were Introduced by their fathers and told to look out for one another and they did from day one. Tasch and Domonique growing up as teenagers gave a run for their parents money! Both big attitudes and always learned the hard way. These two have many adventure stories of growing up together and share late night talks about many things from great times and hard times. As adults they don’t get enough time together but they are always there for one other when they call. Domonique feels blessed to have tasch in her life and to be there with her on her big day. Plus one of the many hands that will help her get ready. ( Tasch would be the first to say Dom has always asked for help on hair and make up from her and her Sister because she doesn’t know how lol)
Amy Reed

Amy came into Dom’s life 4 years ago. It was a size up moment for the two when they met more on Amy’s side, but Dom won her over. Realizing that once Domonique claims you as friend she will always be there for you which Amy quickly appreciated and gave loyalty to Dom right back. The two bonded over life trauma dark humor and their relationship stories. Laughter that brought tears and stomach cramps to occasionally having to change their pants. These two have shared growth and tears as they trust one another completely. Amy was there when Domonique started talking to Danielle and Amy told Dom “you never know this is probably the one for you” Amy was obviously right.
Nique
Ring Bearer
Nique is Domonique’s god son. These two have a special bond and love that could never break. Nique came into Doms world 9 years ago and he calls her Nina. They enjoy adventures, snuggles, food and movies. Nique was very protective of his Nina. Even when Danielle came into their lives he made sure to test her in his own way but over time learned to trust and love her too. He says he cant wait to see her in a dress and be in s big party.
Aliza Cross

Aliza is Danielle's youngest niece. Aliza is a force to be reckoned with, she loves fearcly but definitely loves and knows how to push buttons. Aliza was not to found of Dom when they first met but she has grown to love her.
Trey Cross

Michael Wayne Cross 3rd but most just call him trey is Danielles youngest nephew. Trey is a very active and super smart kid. He is amazing at putting puzzles together and he also likes scary movies which makes his aunt d very happy.
Matthew Strickler
Candle Lighter
Matt is Danielle's oldest nephew. He has always held a special place in his aunt d's heart because his was the first. Danielle's absolute favorite memory is playing phase 10 into the late nights and completely beating Matthew (even has a recording of it) to scaring hey (grandma). Even though Danielle ruined scary movies for him she is proud that he is a saints fan like her among many other things.

Sage is Danielle's oldest niece. Danielle's favorite memory is Sage spending the nights hanging out. Sage reminds Danielle of herself because of her no nonsense attitude, her determination, and her ability to be herself no matter what.
Chris Harvey

Chris and Danielle are not only cousins but more like brother and sister. With Chris only being one year older they both grew up together spending summers hanging out to enjoying family vacations together. From a young age acting like the famous Jesse James and Cole Younger (who where also cousins) to bonding over everything horror to going through all the highs and lows that life threw. Chris will be walking Danielle down the aisle in place of her mom who is no longer with us.
Marlon Brooks

Marlon Brooks has known Domonique since she was basically born! This man is a second father and His wife Audrey a second mother to Domonique. Her father met Marlon in the military and became family. Family dinners and adventures were always fun for everyone Domonique has many memories of growing up with Marlon’s children who were like siblings. Marlon was the man with reason for Domonique when her father couldn’t get through to her he would call Marlon and tell him talk to your daughter! With a calm voice he would talk to her and try to help her see her choices. It didn’t always work as she was cantankerous as Marlon would say and that is when they brought in her uncle Jack to back them up. Domonique would call her father Carlos Diddy and Marlon Dad. Audrey was also an amazing woman who could give womanly advice as Domonique grew older. She was blessed with not only her parents but additional parents as well. While Domonique is stubborn in many ways l, she hears the advice and love that was given and tries to live to have her family proud. Domonique is very proud to have Marlon to hold her and walk her down the aisle to represent her father Carlos who will be there in spirit.
Jack Haight

Jack Haight is the Best friend to Domonique’s father Carlos and became Doms Uncle. Jack is the Guardian the tall man who stood in a corner and watched over everyone. He would give the tough love and talking to when Domonique needed it the most. With tough love came great hugs after. She is always so proud to mention her uncle as one of the great men who help led mold her into who she is. Jack was always a strong figure in Domonique’s life and she might as a teen hated when her father called in reinforcements. As an adult she can understand why her single father needed it. Domonique felt so loved as once Jack heard she was engaged he told her “she knows and has no choice that he will walk her down the aisle.” Domonique is very excited to have Jack be with her and stand in to represent her father.
Carlos Jojola
Father of the Bride
Carrrrllooss speaking. If you know… You know lol. Carlos aka Carl, Loser, & Diddy Carlos father of Domonique. He was taken suddenly from many who loved him in 2007. Diddy was a fun energetic (overly protective) of his little girl Domonique. He would tell her that if she ever got married be sure and that they have to treat her right. Dom had to learn a few things before finding her person. She wishes that her father could see her in a gown and walk her down the aisle but we know he will be with us in spirit and his two best friends will step in his place. He will be looking down with smiles.
Debra Harvey-Taylor
Mother of the Bride
Debra is the mother of Danielle. Debra was not only Danielles mom but her best friend. Debra was always a very compassionate person and was always there to listen. She was always having a good time laughing at her own jokes. Debra unexpectedly passed in September of 2015. Even though Danielle wishes more then anything that her mom was here for this special day she knows her sprit will be and that she is so extremely happy for both of the brides.
Jessica Dressler

Jessica—oh, Jessica... or as many know her, the unforgettable Dirty Dorthy. For Dom and Danielle, their first connection with Jessica was from afar—watching her light up the stage as Dirty Dorthy at their favorite drag shows. Beautiful, witty, and downright amazing, she captivated them with every performance. Over the years, they became dedicated fans, laughing and cheering from the audience, never imagining how close their lives would become. When it came time to buy a house, a friend recommended a realtor... and to their surprise, it was her. At first, it didn’t click for Dom. Then came the moment of realization: “Wait—Dirty Dorthy is going to help us buy a house?!” And just like that, the bond deepened. What started as professional quickly turned personal. Through countless conversations, shared laughter, and a little bit of dark humor (true to form), a genuine friendship blossomed. And then came the words that sealed it all: “When you guys get married, I’ll be your officiant.” Today, Dom and Danielle—who already adored this fierce, fabulous woman—are beyond proud to have Jessica standing beside them for their second very special day. A day that reflects them in every way: non-traditional, full of heart, and yes, full of laughs. P.S. The photo you see? That’s the outfit Jessica slayed in it during a past performance. Danielle chose this picture as her favorite. And let’s be real—it’s Chucky. It’s spooky. And if you know Danielle, you know it’s absolutely perfect.
