Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

A full bar will be available for guests to purchase drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails. Kick back, grab your favorite drink, and let’s celebrate! Our venue has a strict policy prohibiting outside alcoholic beverages. Please enjoy and consume only alcohol provided by the venue, as outside alcohol will result in fines.

What is a dressy casual dress code?

Answer

Our December wedding will take place in a rustic barn setting, so dressy casual attire is encouraged. We invite guests to look polished and put together while staying comfortable and seasonally appropriate. For women, dressy casual could include winter dresses, midi or maxi dresses, skirts with a sweater or blouse, dressy jumpsuits, or nice denim paired with a dressy top or sweater and boots. For men, clean, well-fitting jeans or slacks paired with a button-down, western-style shirt, sweater, or vest are great options. Boots or dress shoes are welcome, and jackets, vests, or ties are optional. Please avoid overly distressed denim, graphic tees, athletic wear, or anything too casual. Since the venue includes a barn and outdoor areas, we recommend warm layers and footwear suitable for gravel or grass. Think cozy, elevated country, and wedding-ready.

Ceremony and Reception

We will be sharing a small, private ceremony with our immediate family and wedding party. Afterward, we are so excited to welcome all of our guests to join us for a larger reception and celebrate together.

Will a meal be served at the reception?

Answer

Our reception will be a time to celebrate with drinks, music, and good company. A full meal will not be served, but light snacks and appetizers will be available.

Where is the couple registered?

Answer

We already have all the “stuff” a home needs, so no registry for us! Instead, we’d love a little help making our honeymoon dreams come true. Will we stay local in St. Louis… or jet off somewhere far away? That’s where you come in! Your gift helps us decide, and either way, it’s sure to be an adventure! All jokes aside, having you there to celebrate with us is truly the greatest gift we could ask for!

If you need an additional guest/guests that we did not originally account for, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are limited on space and head count, so we need to ensure we have the availability to do so.
