Please be advised that attendance at the wedding ceremony and reception is limited to those individuals specifically named on the invitation. Adults-Only Event: In consideration of our guests, we respectfully request that only adults attend the wedding ceremony and reception.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to allow time for mingling and seating.
Absolutely! We want all of our family and friends to be included in this intimate moment!
A shuttle will be available from the Mainstay Suites to Wind in the Willows. This is planned to begin at 3:00 pm.
A shuttle will be provided beginning at 10:00pm to provide a safe transportation from the venue, hotel and Hollywood Casino. This is planned to end at 1:00am.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors; however, in the event of inclement weather, an alternative indoor location will be available. Details regarding this will be provided upon your arrival on the day of the event. While the majority of the evening will be held indoors, a fire pit and patio will be accessible. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket for added comfort.
We kindly request that our ceremony be "unplugged," meaning that all phones and electronic devices be put away and set to silent or turned off during the ceremony. We have engaged a professional photographer to capture the special moments of the day. Once the ceremony concludes, you are welcome to take as many photos as you wish.
