The closest airport to fly into is Cancun, Mexico with the airport code CUN. Once you book your flights you may call a transportation company for pickup at the airport and transportation when departing.

If you are arriving on the 8th before 3pm, we will be taking a bus from the airport to the hotel together at $45/ person. At arrival the persons will have a sign Beeny/Cepeda and will be in blue shirts and pants. See information below.
The ride from Cancun International Airport to Hilton Tulum All- Inclusive Resort is 60-80 min. Once you arrive, everything from food to drinks is included in the duration of your stay. Please bring cash with you to tip your waiters, bartenders, bellmen, and drivers. We recommend small bills for tipping- $1s, $5s, $10s, $20s as they usually don't have change available.
There is no construction at the airport, you can leave at normal time. We recommend 3 hours before departure.

Bus Transportation November 8th
If you are taking the bus with us from the airport to the hotel on the 8th at 4pm, please be sure to make your way to the American Airlines terminal 3 if you are on a different flight. You can get to a different terminal from an internal shuttle at Cancun airport. At each terminal, there are staff from Tropical Incentives wearing blue T-shirts and pants with a Tropical Incentives DMC logo on it. Once the passengers are all together, the bus will approach the platform where the tropical Incentives DMC staff are to board the bus. David and Dani's flight with others will arrive at 3:10pm, you can give one of us a call than, if you have questions.
