We will be staying at YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch.
If you want to stay in a hotel room on campus (called a "lodge") call ASAP to reserve.
If you want to reserve a yurt, call at 6 am MST on January 1st. They are open Jan 1st for summer season and book quickly!!
If you would like to camp, call to reserve a campsite on the YMCA grounds.
If you want to reserve a private or joint cabin (1-5 bedrooms) call starting April 1st. They are open April 1st for summer season and also book quickly.
We have booked a 7 bedroom cabin with a double kitchen as our group's home base for the game night, meals and the reception.
