We’re getting married!

We both were actually going to school at Ball State. We met through mutual friends during my freshman year, but actually grew up only living 10 minutes from each other! Connor grew up in Cicero, IN before moving to Noblesville, IN. He went to school at Our Lady of Grace and later Guerin Catholic. I grew up just outside of Cicero where I went to school at Hamilton Heights. Small World!

We first began dating on November 5th, 2014. We always try to celebrate it every year, whether it's just a small date or going out to dinner. Our 3 year anniversary (November 5th, 2017) we decided we wanted to have pictures taken. Connor setup a photography session with an old friend from college, Lauren (who is absolutely amazing!), and we headed to Indiana Dunes to meet up with her for pictures. It was a cold, rainy November day so we were hoping for the best and pushed through the wind. We headed up a tall dune taking pictures as we went. Once we were at the top, we took a couple pictures then I changed into a flowy dress and proceeded to take some more pictures. Lauren was putting us into different poses, and asked us to face away from each other. She took a couple pictures, then told us to turn around. Much to my surprise, I saw Connor down on one knee with a ring in his hand! I said yes and Lauren was able to capture it perfectly. ❤
