Unfortunately, we do have constraints on the total number of guests we are able to have at our wedding! Please check your invitation for the number of seats we have saved for your party, and please do not bring any guests exceeding this number.
Yes, this is a family friendly event! Any children living in your household are welcome to attend and should have been included in the number of seats saved for your party that was provided on your invitation. If we made a mistake and didn’t include your children in your seat number, please let us know! Please also be sure to include any children who will be attending our wedding in your RSVP. If we don’t see the children’s names on the RSVP, we will assume they will not be in attendance.
Cocktail attire, please. Think like what you’d wear to church on Easter. To make sure you’re comfortable, we would suggest checking the weather before you join us as we will be outside, and who knows what temperature a Kentucky October day will be!
We plan to hold our ceremony outside on the vineyard lawn and to hold our cocktail hour outside on the event barn patio. This will remain the plan regardless of the temperature. However, if it rains, we will move the ceremony and cocktail hour inside the event barn.
Yes, a full dinner will be served during the reception! Dinner will be catered from Pasta Garage, a local Italian restaurant. Light refreshments will also be available during cocktail hour. Please be sure to include any dietary restriction
Yes, we will have an open bar with various wines and beers available but no hard liquors. If you plan to drink, please remember to bring your ID with you! We will also have water, tea, and lemonade available to all guests during cocktail hour and the reception.
If you are attending the ceremony and reception, please plan to arrive by 3:45PM to ensure you make it to your seats by the start of the ceremony by 4:00PM. No one will be seated after the ceremony begins. If you are only attending the reception, feel free to arrive at any time during the cocktail hour, which will last from 4:30PM to 5:45PM. The reception will begin at 5:45PM.
