Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 and guest are allowed to start arriving at 4:00 per our venue's policy!
Cocktail/Semi-formal
As long as weather permits, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors! In the event of bad weather (fingers crossed we won't have to worry about that!), the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors. Rain or shine, our reception will take place indoors at the venue!
We are providing shuttles to transport guests who are staying overnight at the Courtyard by Marriot Coatesville/Exton; the hotel that we have blocked rooms off for guests to book! The shuttle will transport guests to the ceremony and will take them back at the end of the night! If not staying over night, there is parking available at the venue as well!
The reception will end at 9:45- 10:00, as that is when our venue requires guests to be off of the property. For those who wish to continue celebrating, we will be continuing the celebration in the town of West Chester, which is about a 20 minute distance from our venue. We will have a separate shuttle available for those wishing to go out in town with us! For those who wish to return back to the hotel, separate shuttles will also be available for transport back to the hotel!
Guests are welcome to start arriving to the venue at 4:00, per our venue policy. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30, immediately followed by a cocktail hour where passed hors d'oeuvres and light refreshments will be provided. Following cocktail hour, our reception will begin. Dinner will be served buffet style followed by dessert. Open bar will be available during both cocktail hour and the reception!
