High School Sweethearts

Mount Olive High School 2016

History was always my worst subject in school, but when I realized that Brennan was in my 7th grade history class, it immediately became my favorite subject. Although he didn't realize what a catch I was in seventh grade (with my side bang hairstyle and braces), I guess my good looks and amazing sense of humor grew on him in high school since he asked me out to prom and treated me to many milkshake dates at the after.

University Of Delaware

Go Blue Hens!

The fastest four years of our lives, Brennan and I attended the University of Delaware, making many great friends and memories that will last a lifetime. Honorable mention to all the Roots, Insomnia Cookies and Wawa that got us through.

Popping The Question In Ireland

October 17th 2024

I had been sick with a fever the night before and Brennan had kept mentioning this great hiking road trip he had planned for the day. Naturally, I wanted to stay in bed but the thought of wasting a day in Ireland forced me to throw on my clothes, (skipped my makeup) and go off to have breakfast before we set out on this "must-see" hiking road trip. We grabbed a coffee and Brennan barely touched his croissant before we drove to this breath-taking cliff overlooking the Atlantic ocean and beautiful rolling green fields. We were the only two there (except for the photographer Brennan hired secretly following close behind). I wouldn't say Brennan is much of a "picture-taker" so when he pulled out his phone to record a video, I knew that was the moment he was going to ask. It couldn't have been more beautiful- and to top it off, Brennan brought my makeup bag and fake nails so we could take beautiful pictures after. He knows me so well :)

Our First House

They weren't kidding about blood, sweat & tears

After two years of looking for a house in New Jersey (and seeing open houses with 100+ people lined up in the driveway) and two days before our trip to Ireland, Brennan and I finally closed on our house in October 2024. Apparently, we weren't even the highest offer but the listing agent liked us and the sellers wanted the house to go to a deserving young couple. We renovated over six months, redoing the kitchen, living room, bedroom and made it our own. It's our pride and joy and hopefully we can wrap up all renovations by next year. We are so grateful to have a beautiful place to call home to start our life together.
