For any friends or family flying in to our wedding, you will ultimately want to land in Syracuse! Depending on where you are coming from, you may have to book a flight with a layover. For Danielle's Colorado family, there are direct flights from Denver! Once in Syracuse, the hotels for the weekend are a 45-minute drive.

We have three hotels with room blocks in Utica for the weekend due to the number of people we anticipate traveling! This is our preferred hotel for traveling guests. We would recommend this hotel for those planning to stay 2-3 nights. It is in Utica and there will be a shuttle picking people up and dropping people off to and from the venue in Little Falls. This is one of the three hotels we have blocked in Utica. This is another great option for those looking to make a weekend upstate. Fairfield Inn is located in the heart of Utica, by a ton of great amenities. Right across the street is a local favorite for drinks and bites, Babes. And a quick 5-minute drive brings you to Saranac Brewery! We have 20 rooms available at the discounted rate, but only 10 available both Friday AND Saturday. First come, first serve. Hampton Inn Utica - NO LONGER AVAILABLE

This is the third hotel within Utica where we have room blocks available. It is right next to Fairfield Inn so, you get access to the same amenities, such as Babes, Saranac Brewery, Utica Coffee Roasting Co., and more. We recommend this hotel for people only planning to stay one night for the wedding or for folks that are somewhat local to the area, due to the fact that this is where we have the least amount of rooms blocked. We have 10 rooms available and only 5 are blocked for Friday AND Saturday. Since this hotel is right next to Fairfield, guests can walk right over to grab the shuttle. Vernon Downs Casino Hotel - AMPLE ROOMS AVAIL STILL!

Vernon Downs Casino Hotel is outside of the city of Utica, a little more in the country. If you're making a weekend out of your stay, want a room out of the city, and/or prefer a cheaper rate, this could be a great option. A benefit to staying at Vernon Downs is that it's an actual casino inside with games, bars, restaurants, etc. It's pretty cool! It is also 5 minutes away from the huge, award-winning Turning Stone Casino and Resort. We kept this hotel block due to the volume of people likely to travel, in case of overflow. There are 35 rooms available for both Friday AND Saturday. *Please call to book!*

Avoid Air BnB's

Please do not book Air BnBs as it will be very difficult to secure Ubers from the wedding venue back to your rental, regardless of if your Air BnB is in Little Falls, Utica, or Vernon. If you plan to book an Air BnB, ensure you have transportation.
