Smoking is prohibited on the property. Any attendees who get fined for anything prohibited by the venue will be responsible for covering said fines.

The ceremony and reception will be held in the same ballroom within the venue. Seating will be the same for both events. This means that there will be tables set up prior to the start of the ceremony which will remain throughout the evening. Guests are asked to use only their assigned seats throughout the ceremony and until dinner is finished. This will help family members participating in the ceremony to quickly and easily find their seats. After dinner, feel free to move around and change seats as desired, but please be respectful of others. An on-site coordinator will be present the day of to assist you. _______________ There will be another wedding/event going on in the venue aside from our own. Please refrain from wandering around and disrupting any other events while you attend ours. Only those specifically listed by name on the invitation are invited to this event unless directly indicated otherwise on the invitations. This includes children and significant others. If you bring a guest not invited by us they will be asked to leave. All guests who were invited have a spot reserved specifically for them. Please be respectful of this!
Please come in appropriate cocktail attire.
All guests looking to book a hotel for the wedding are encouraged to use the hotels we reccomended on the hotels tab of this website. Lodging for this weekend is at the guests expense. No room blocks are set up with the hotels, so any coordination of rooms within the hotel are also the guests responsibility. Please travel safely. The reception will officially end at 9:30 pm after which the bride and groom will leave directly for their own agenda. As such, there are no events planned for the Sunday following the reception.
The bride and groom request that no photos be taken during the ceremony. This includes cell phones or personal cameras. Please be respectful of the two photographers and help preserve memories and share in the bride and grooms experience. Personal photos during the reception are highly encouraged and please tag any photos with our hashtag #myoneandoneywilliams.
Hors D’Oeuvres will begin at 4:30 PM: •Mac ‘N’ Cheese Bites: •Sweet Asian Chicken Bites: -Tender boneless chicken with Thai sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds and chives. •Fresh Bruschetta on Croustade: -Diced tomato with olive oil topped with parmesan cheese. •Scoop of fruit: -Fresh seasonal fruit served with crème in a sweet waffle cone.
