It was freshman year of high school when the bride and groom met in first period science class. Danielle, the diligent student, was taking notes during a lecture, when she noticed a flickering light continuing to bother her. As it turns out, Blake - who was sitting in the back of the class due to disruptive behavior - discovered he could reflect sunlight off of his calculator to annoy his classmates. A friendship was soon formed. Fast forward to the end of sophomore year, and that friendship would become so much more. 10 years later, their love continues to grow and they could not be more excited to become husband and wife.

The weekend of March 9th, 2018, Danielle thought she was planning festivities for Blake's 25th birthday. Little did she know, Blake had the biggest surprise of all up his sleeve. The plan was to stay in Hermosa Beach for a relaxing birthday getaway weekend. Blake nervously waited for Danielle's arrival in the beautiful hotel room overlooking the ocean. When Danielle arrived, he asked her to join him outside on the balcony. Though she noticed he was shaking and seemed to be acting "weird," she had NO IDEA that everything she had dreamt of for years was about to come true. Blake reflected upon their years together and reminded her of his deep love. He then got down on one knee and popped the big question. Danielle was speechless, completely surprised, and filled with more happiness than she ever knew was possible. They then went to dinner to celebrate and, once again, Danielle was surprised with her closest friends and family waiting to celebrate this momentous occasion. The entire evening was absolute perfection.
