Maid of Honor
Jessica and I met when we were 13 years old at Confirmation camp. Her and I were bunk mates for the weekend, and we hit it off. When the weekend came to an end, I just assumed that her and I would just have the one memory together. But, fast forward one year, and Jessica and I ended up going to the same high school. We went through our awkward teenage years together, and before we knew it, entered adult hood as best friends. It is astounding how time flies, but I never in a million years could have chosen a better best friend than the universe handed me when I was 13 years old. Jess is one of the most caring and responsible people I know. I knew that when I asked her to be my Maid of Honour it was a big ask. It is a role of high demand, but Jess did not think twice, she accepted whole heartedly. For that I will be forever grateful. Thanks ladeh.
Best Man
Conner is my younger brother, best friend, shenanigans buddy, and one of the best men I know. I've had the privilege of being Conner's big brother for 25 years and it has been amazing. I've watched him grow from the kid that thought wild raisins were real (inside joke), to a teenager who liked to go on winter drives and drift cars in empty parking lots at night. He is now a hard working, hilarious man with amazing aspirations and I cannot wait to see where life takes him. I could not be any luckier than I am to have Conner as a brother, friend and now my Best Man on one of the most exciting days of my life!
Bridesmaid
MaryAnn is my big sister, my partner in crime, my biggest cheerleader and my best friend. We met when I was just a baby, and her a toddler, but it was an instant bond. We were thick as thieves from the very start, and that bond only grew stronger. I was given the privilege of having an honest, loving, and all around amazing older sister to grow up with and look up to. We have been through literally everything together, and our relationship is the definition of what being family means; always being there for each other, no matter how tough things get. That is why I am blessed to have a sister like Mimi, but I am even more blessed that she is part of one of the biggest days of my life.
Groomsman
Andy and I met when we were in kindergarten and we gravitated towards each other because we were both more on the shy and quiet side. We stuck together, and soon became best friends who were always outside going on fun adventures. As teenagers we were always up to something, and we always knew we were better together. So, when the time came for my family to move, and I had to change schools, Andy would transfer schools a few weeks at a time, just so we could go to school together. We were quite literally inseparable. Now were all grown up, and it's crazy to see how far we have come. Andy is an amazing friend and a dedicated father. He is a fun loving, family oriented guy and I am so honoured to have him standing with me at my wedding.
Bridesmaid
Aliya and I met when she started dating my brother, David. To be honest, it took us a while to really get to know each other; our family can be a lot. (We come by it honestly). Once I truly got to know Aliya, I gained a friend who is genuine, thoughtful, empathetic and beautiful on the inside just like she is on the outside. Now five years later, not only do I get to call her friend, I will get to call her sister as my brothers future wife! I could not ask for a better future forever sister and I am so grateful that I have such an amazing woman to stand up with me on my wedding day.
Groomsman
I met David the first night I met Danielle. It was New Years Eve 2018, and I decided to come to a party happening at the Attard residence. I almost bailed, because who meets a girl they like for the first time along with her whole family? But I am glad I went because not only did I meet the love of my life, I met her brother, who quickly became one of my good friends. Getting to know David over the past 5 years has been a blast. He is always there to lend a helping hand, talk to, and party with. He is one of the nicest guys I know, and always goes above and beyond for his family. I am honoured and excited to have David stand with me on such a big day for his sister and I.
