Getting to Foxfire from NYC and Elsewhere
Foxfire is unfortunately not accessible by train so you will have to rent a car or ride with someone. There is also a Trailways bus that departs from NYC Port Authority and drops you about a 5 min drive away. If you have a car with extra space and can offer a ride from/to NYC, please reach out to ferraro.danielle@gmail.com so I can match you with someone. If coming from outside NYC, LGA, JFK, EWR or ALB are all about 2 hours away from from Foxfire. Car rentals should be booked in advance.

Bus from NYC Port Authority to Mt. Tremper, NY

This bus gets you a 5 minute drive from the venue. Walking is not advised because of wildlife and fast moving traffic. Foxfire Mountain House
We've rented out the entire property for the weekend! Think of it as a retreat and make yourself at home. You may check in Sunday August 31st at 4pm. All events will be hosted at Foxfire from Sunday August 31st at 6pm until Tuesday September 2nd at 11am. All meals and drinks are included and tipping is not expected. The bar will be open in the evenings. A cash bar is available in the morning and the afternoon. Guests sleeping on site were notified and will receive their room assignments and invoicing via email from Foxfire mid July. Offsite alcohol may be responsibly consumed in your bedrooms but not in the public areas of Foxfire for insurance reasons. Check out Tuesday Sept 2nd is 11am. WiFi Network: FMH Guest // PW: fmhguest

Emerson Resort & Spa
Guests not staying at Foxfire are recommended to stay at The Emerson directly across the street. While very close, walking to Foxfire is not recommended because of wildlife and fast moving traffic on NY-28. All events will be hosted at Foxfire from Sunday August 31st at 6pm until Tuesday September 2nd at 11am. All meals and drinks are included and tipping is not expected. The bar will be open in the evenings. A cash bar is available in the morning and the afternoon. When not resting at The Emerson, you are welcome to lounge anywhere at Foxfire's indoor and outdoor property all weekend!

The Leeway
A small property about a 5 minute drive from Foxfire with a large backyard with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and creek access! If staying in the area before or after or at another time, this is our favorite accommodation in the area.
Travel Note
Taxi, WIFI, Cell Service and Miscellaneous Info
There are no Ubers, Lyfts or taxis and there is no cell service. Foxfire does have WIFI and you can usually get some cell service on NY-28 driving towards Boiceville. Foxfire should have everything that you need for the weekend so please come unplug and relax with us. There will be plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. For any creature comforts, please check out the Boiceville IGA Supermarket and the Boiceville Wine and Spirits but please note that no outside alcohol may be consumed in the public areas of Foxfire.
