Travel Note
There are multiple ways to get to Paso Robles from Southern California! If you road trip we recommend taking Highway 101 to experience the coastal beauty and stopping along the beaches of Santa Barbara or Pismo. Though if you prefer a quicker route, the fastest way is by taking the 5 through the Grapevine and jumping on the 46 West. Traveling from the Bay Area will be a direct drive down Highway 101. If you haven’t made a visit to the Garlic World shop right on 101 in Gilroy, we highly recommend making a quick stop for the best jar of Christopher Ranch Chopped Garlic, as well as other fun seasonings and sauces. Fun fact, Gilroy is known as the garlic capital of the world! For a quick trip from San Diego, you can find direct flights to San Luis Obispo through Alaska Airlines (Skywest): SAN ➡️ SBP. From there, Paso Robles is a 30min drive! Ben and I will be staying at an Airbnb Thursday thru Monday 8/5-9. Our place is located about 8 blocks for the Paso Robles Downtown City Park and cute shops. Friends and family are welcome to stop by and visit, just message us for the address. We’ll have some cold beverages and will put on the fire pit for chill nighttime gatherings. Check out our things to do page for other activities around the area while you’re in town as well! Unfortunately, we were not able to get a hotel block. There are many hotel accommodations in Paso Robles and the neighboring towns. Let us know if you need help scouting them out. We are SO excited and can’t wait to see and celebrate with you!
