What is the weather like?

Answer

Late May in Orlando is typically warm and sunny, with highs in the mid to upper 80s and lows in the low 70s. There may be occasional afternoon showers. We recommend light, breathable fabrics and a pair of sunglasses, just in case the Florida sunshine shows off!

Where will the wedding ceremony and reception be?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception is at the Ever After Farms Citrus Barn. It is a 20 minute drive from our recommend resort and is a tangerine farm. The ceremony is outdoors under a beautiful oak tree, and the reception will be held indoors and is air conditioned. The address is 12500 Old Grade Rd, Polk City, FL 33868.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue. In addition, should you prefer not driving, Uber and Lyft both operate out there. Finally, you are able to leave your car overnight at the venue, but you must pick it up the next day by 10:00 a.m.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Guest can start arriving at 3pm, we ask all guests to arrive by 3:15pm. We kindly ask you to please be on time to make sure the ceremony can start by 3:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail attire, we’re keeping it relaxed yet polished. Men can wear dress shirts with slacks (jacket encouraged but optional). For women, a dressy outfit you feel great in is perfect, but if looking for more direction: we suggest a cocktail dress or a dressy jumpsuit.
