1. Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that you make arrangements accordingly. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this a special evening for all guests.
2. Do I need a visa to travel to Ghana?
Most U.S. passport holders require a visa to enter Ghana. Please check with the Ghana Embassy or Consulate in your area for current requirements and apply early.
3. Do I need any vaccinations?
Yellow Fever vaccination is required for entry into Ghana. You may be asked to show your vaccination card upon arrival.
4. What currency is used in Ghana?
The local currency is the Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). Credit cards are accepted at many hotels and restaurants, but it’s helpful to carry some cash.
5. What is the weather like in December?
December in Accra is warm and sunny, with temperatures typically in the 80s–90s°F. Pack light, breathable clothing, and a portable fan.
