We are having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that all phones be off/on silent and put away for the entirety of the ceremony as we want you to be able to have the fullest experience rather than through the screen of your phone. Our wedding will be being photographed by a professional and we trust that they will capture beautiful and meaningful shots for us. Just relax and enjoy the moment!

While we would love to provide everyone with a plus one, we will have limited space at our venue and with our vendors so we will not be able to accommodate that for every guest. When you RSVP, the site will ask you who you are responding for for your party. This will show if you have a plus one included or not. We thank you for your understanding with this!

While we love your little ones, we are requesting that you make arrangements for your children for that day so that you can enjoy your time away! When you RSVP, the site will ask you who you are responding for for your party, which will show if we were requesting your children or not. We just request that if your child is getting emotional during the ceremony, that you step away to allow the moment to progress unimpeded. If you are having difficulty making arrangements for your little ones or have questions about this, please feel free to reach out to the couple to discuss this. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early just to ensure that you have enough time to get settled so we can start our ceremony by 4:00pm.

If you do have a specific allergy or restriction, please reach out to us to ensure that we can work with the caterer to accommodate this if able to. We will be having a buffet style reception and hope to have something for everyone regardless of dietary restrictions.

We recommend guests attend in cocktail attire/semi-formal wear.

Yes, there is a lot directly at the venue. However, you will not able to park overnight at the venue so we ask that you ensure that you are able to leave with your vehicle at the end of the night or plan to make arrangements accordingly.

If you plan to need hotel accommodations, there are many options available in the Brockport area. We will not providing transportation to the venue. If you are planning to drink, we ask that you plan to make proper arrangements, such as a designated driver or ride share options available in the area, such as Uber or Lyft. Please be safe and make arrangements accordingly.
