Question

What am I supposed to do if shuttles leave at 3pm and checkin time is also 3pm?

Answer

The hotels unfortunately cannot guarantee early check in for blocks. If you get there early and your room is ready, you should be able to check in. Otherwise you can drop your bags off at the front desk or leave them in your vehicle. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking. You can leave your car overnight but must pick it up in the morning. [UPDATE: Northfork does not have an event Sunday so there is no rush to pick your car up!]

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

As long as the weather cooperates! The ceremony will be in grass, mostly shaded.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! You can find hotel information under the Travel tab. You will get a reduced rate by booking through our link. Rooms must be booked by July 25th to be a part of the block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles between the hotels and venue. The shuttles will leave at 3 PM and return after the reception around 11P M. If you plan on taking them, please respond accordingly in the RSVP form.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! After the reception, there will be an after party at the Hyatt House bar.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Note that the ceremony will be outside (shaded) and in grass.
