FAQs

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Cocktail hour will be held on the second floor of the building. There is an elevator for those who are unable to take the stairs up to the second floor.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue, located right across the street. When you pull in, please speak with the parking attendant if you need accessible parking.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. This means that guests have the option to wear their most formal attire including cocktail dress, silk dress, suit and tie, a tuxedo, ball gowns, sport coats, etc. We want you to be comfortable and ready to dance the night away with us! Please refrain from wearing jeans along with any colors traditionally reserved for the bridal party including whites, ivories, creams, and champagne gold.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accomondated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding adults-only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you’ll take this as a chance for a special date night!

Question

When can I book a place to stay?

Answer

We do have a hotel block that is located across the street from the venue. However, the hotel is fairly small and accommodates other functions during this time. Please book as soon as possible.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are thrilled you are coming to celebrate with us and that is the best gift of all! But, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund or help us expand our household items, you can find our registry in the registry tab on our website.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony which means we kindly ask that no pictures or videos will be taken during that time. You are more than welcome to take photos or videos throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend guests arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony so there is time to mingle and find a seat. Unfortunately, guests who are late will not be allowed into the venue until after the ceremony has completed.

Question

How should I RSVP

Answer

To RSVP, click the ‘RSVP’ tab on our website and type in the name(s) listed on your envelop. Once you type in your names, you will make a selection for dinner along with informing us of any dietary restrictions. Our venue can accommodate any type of allergy. We kindly ask that you kindly RSVP as soon as possible so we can finalize a headcount. Any RSVPs received after the date noted on your invitation will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending a final headcount to out venue.
