Pricing: Room rates are priced per couple (2 adults), not per room. Because of this, sharing a room with friends or extended family doesn’t significantly reduce the cost. We recommend enjoying this as a relaxing getaway with just 2 people per room for the best experience and comfort. If you choose to stay offsite, you’ll need to purchase resort day passes to attend the welcome party and wedding. Some love stories begin with fate. Dani and Phillip’s began with beer. They met through Buckstin Brewing Company, the brewery owned by Dani’s sister, Gabi, where the Hallmarks were regulars. Phillip did something that set the tone for their entire relationship. He got on a plane and flew to Las Vegas for their very first date while Dani was there for a piercing convention. In true Phillip fashion, he didn’t just plan a date- he planned an adventure! He took Dani to see the breathtaking Hoover Dam, explored hidden speakeasies, and hopped between unforgettable restaurants and bars. Somewhere between the neon lights of Las Vegas and the desert views, something clicked. It was adventurous. It was thoughtful. By the end of that weekend, they both knew that this wasn’t just a fun trip. This was the beginning of something big! Life back home became a beautiful blur of blending their worlds. A few months in, Dani met Phillip’s son, Jaxson, and her heart expanded instantly. Their bond was natural, easy, and full of love from the very beginning. Becoming part of Phillip’s world meant becoming part of Jaxson’s, and Dani couldn’t have felt more grateful. It wasn’t long before the trio became a team. She can’t wait to officially become a wife and bonus mom to her Hallmark boys. Phillip jumped just as fully into Dani’s world. Whether that meant lending a big strong cowboy hand at her boutique, Blanc on Boston, supporting her dreams, or embracing her big, vibrant family so wholeheartedly that Dani’s dad gave him the ultimate Hispanic parent stamp of approval- a nickname: Felipe. In January 2026, Phillip planned the surprise of a lifetime on a romantic trip to Cabo. At sunset, at the stunning Cocina del Mar, with the waves crashing below and the sky glowing gold and pink, Phillip got down on one knee. Dani was completely surprised! It was the best night of their lives, filled with happy tears, ocean air, and the easiest “yes” she’s ever said. Phillip is also preparing for his very important new role as dog dad to Clarabelle Cow and cat dad to Pinocchio, a responsibility he takes VERY seriously. From brewery beginnings to Vegas adventures, Dani and Phillip’s love story is rooted in family, spontaneity, deep devotion, and a whole lot of fun. Because Mexico now holds such a special piece of their hearts, it only feels right to celebrate their forever there, surrounded by the people they love most. They can’t wait to say “I do” in Mexico, and start this next chapter as husband and wife, side by side. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
