The room coordinator we are working with has provided us with some information that i thought might be useful to tell everyone : 1) The link will stop working 60 days prior to arrival, after 60 days any additional rooms will be at the best available rate and will be based on availability. Final payment is automatically charged at the 60 day mark as well! 2) The one thing to note is that if you are changing final payment CC, do that in advance of the final payment date - I would change it at least one week before the cut off date. We have been told that rooms are selling out fast especially the basic room (Carribean Suite) which is the most sought out so try to complete your booking as soon as possible! **All events will take place at the hotel ,however, if you are choosing to stay elsewhere the hotel does have a fee to be able to enter the property to attend wedding due to it being all-inclusive. ($154/ adult and $70/child) Provided below is the link to book your rooms at our discounted rates, and to be included in our wedding group.
