What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 2.30pm. If you are staying over at the property please give yourself enough time to check in and get to the forest which is located at the property next door. Recommended time would be to arrive at 1pm and be at the forest by 2.10pm

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we kindly ask guests to wear cocktail-attire/ smart-formal dress code. Our colour scheme is black, dark green, gold and white.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We kindly request that our guests honour our preference for an adult-only wedding celebration, a special exception has been made for our Godson, who will play a special role in the Ceremony. In the event of no possible caretakers available back home, we recommend our guests arrange a sitter/family member who can safely supervise their children at their accommodations within Chrissiesmeer for the duration of the wedding during their stay.

Is there accommodation on the property?
Answer
Accommodations at Florence guest farm & venue are available for our guests, all arranged directly through the bride and include bed and breakfast. Please note that if you choose to book one of these rooms, your booking will be payable up to three weeks before the wedding date to the bride. Additionally, for those eager to explore the charm of the small town, recommended accommodations are also available in Chrissiesmeer, all for which guests can book directly with the Guest house owners.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you have strict dietary requirements for your health, please get in touch with the groom or bride as the venue will only cater towards severe allergies. Please also make a note when you RSVP.

Will there be a wedding registry?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate with you. Instead of gifts, we would appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund. We would love to create lifelong memories, instead of receiving physical gifts.

Will there be a cash bar or open bar?
Answer
Each table will have wines for you to enjoy. The venue's cash bar will be open until midnight, offering a variety of familiar wines, gin, spirits, and beers. Get ready to sip and savour all night long! We're also providing an open tab for barista coffee throughout the event to keep our guests energised.
