Are children welcome?

Answer

While the Bride and Groom love that your children want to help them celebrate their big day, the couple does not want children attending the wedding. Due to the event being at the CLYC, it is dangerous to have young children next to open water. Thank you for your understanding.

What about COVID?

Answer

It is hard to know what COVID will bring to the summer of 2022. The wedding will be outdoors and the couple will be providing hand sanitizer for the day. The couple is not enforcing that attendees be vaccinated, but hope that all guests consider vaccinating before attending.

What if I am feeling sick?

Answer

If you are feeling sick, the couple asks that you get tested before coming to the wedding. While the couple is happy you want to celebrate with them, they would prefer the side of caution and have you stay home. The couple is having a videographer at the wedding and the day will be captured if you cannot make it due to illness.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail dress or Summer Semi-formal. The event will be mostly outdoors in July. There will be air conditioning inside the CLYC, but please consider the heat when styling your outfit for our big day.

Is everything at the Cedar Lake Yacht Club?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception will all take place at the Cedar Lake Yacht Club! Once you arrive, you do not need to worry about transportation until the event is over.

What about the wedding in Italy?

Answer

Danny and Steph are having a second wedding celebration in Italy. This will allow the couple to celebrate with Danny's family and friends in Italy, who could otherwise not attend. Information and invitations for the second celebration are located on another site. If you are unsure if you are invited to the wedding in Italy, please contact the Bride and Groom!
