Answer

We kindly request that our guests join us in celebrating with formal attire. We'd love to see everyone dressed to impress! Feel free to wear any color you like – just kindly refrain from wearing white.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the "RSVP" tab at the top of our website and RSVP upon receiving your formal invitation.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by Wednesday, April 15, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs (This means there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 o'clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 2:45 PM.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the bride or groom as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on your wedding invitation. If your child is invited, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages are on us!

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service that will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

All of our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing black satin.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns and requests.

Question

What are the parking arrangements?

Answer

Complimentary parking will be available at both the church and the reception venue. We kindly encourage guests to carpool when possible. A complimentary shuttle will be provided for hotel guests, with service to the ceremony, the reception, and return trips to the hotel throughout the evening. If you plan on drinking, we encourage you to reserve a room at the hotel to take advantage of the shuttle, or to arrange transportation through Uber, Lyft, or another ride service for everyone’s safety.
