WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!

It’s the summer of 2019 and Jodie and Daniele are separately trying to survive the Arizona heat by scrolling on the dating app, Bumble. Swish! They both swipe right and it’s a match. After a few cute exchanges and copious amounts of flirting, they both agree to a date. They meet up, fall in love, and live happily ever after… wait, that’s not right. Actually, they plan to meet for a date on two separate occasions and on both occasions, Daniele cancels. Rude! They mutually agree that the timing isn’t right for either of them and they continue on with their lives while actively keeping an eye on each other through social media. After 2 years and separate relationships for both of them, the flame between them rekindles the day of Jodie’s 25th birthday. Daniele, with a whole lot of class, slid into Jodie’s DM and told her how cute she looked on her birthday. Jodie, intrigued by the flirting, invited Daniele to her birthday pool party where, after 2 years, they met in person for the first time. After a fun filled day, they decided on a real date the next night at Blanco Taco which consisted of skinny margaritas and a sweet goodnight kiss. Almost two years after that magnificent first date, Daniele proposed to Jodie on a cliff off the island of Kauai. It was the most magical day ever. Daniele and Jodie both know that timing is everything and are so thankful that the universe brought them back together for this amazing love story they are writing.
