Can we bring our kid(s)?

Answer

Please do not bring your kid(s) if they are under the age of 5-years-old. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive before 3pm, to allow yourself time to park, grab a drink and settle in. Ceremony will start promptly at 3pm outside on the venue's patio area and reception will start immediately inside the venue.

Will there be seats during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be limited seating. We will have reserved seats for immediate family and for those in need of a seat. Ceremony will be quick so we ask that you stand and allow those who need a seat to have priority.

Is there assigned seating for reception?

Answer

No. There will be plenty of tables and open seats, we are all family so no need to pick a side.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click the RSVP tab on our wedding site. Enter your name and the RSVP for you and/or your group will load. Click the appropriate response and click submit. Please enter your email and any updates will be sent.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP guest list only. If we have accounted for you to bring a date, a blank name slot will be in your RSVP for you to fill out.

What happens if I can't make it after all?

Please have your RSVPs in by December 1st 2019.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

It will be both indoor and outdoor.

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire. Keep in mind that this is in the desert so the afternoon may be warm and the evening could get a little chilly. Please check the weather closer to the date.

Yes, vegetarian/vegan friendly food will be available.

Can I smoke?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated smoking area outside in the front of our venue. LAW STATES SMOKING AREA MUST BE 20FT FROM BUILDING ENTRANCE. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be any smoking including e-cigarettes and marijuana outside the designated smoking area, inside the venue or in/around the patio area.

Is it handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, and there is limited handicap parking.

Is there onsite parking?

Answer

There is Parking in front of the venue. We do suggest carpooling if that is an option.

Will transportation be provided.

Answer

No. There is onsite parking. We also suggest LYFT and Uber.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do not. Please check the "Travel" tab to review accommodations in the area. We also suggest looking into Airbnb.
