Wedding Party

Jana Tokuhama

Maid of Honor

As the saying goes, "Sometimes the best things are right in front of you; it just takes some time to see them." Well, it took Jana and Traci 4 years of going to the very same church to finally meet and inseparable they have become! They serve in church together, travel all around, and spend the year plotting out how they’re going to embarrass each other on their birthdays! But one thing they don't do together is make decisions... the two of them together are the most indecisive duo you will ever meet!

Mike Rao

Best Man

Mike is a chef, an actor and an entrepreneur. He's a lover not a fighter. But he's a fighter too so don't get any ideas! He's a martial artist with limbs of lead, a tongue of silver and a heart of gold. Mike can be credited for inspiring Daniel's love of MMA and his affinity for big words! They've spent many a night driving aimlessly singing CARaoke and discussing what they would do should zombies ever take over the world. Mike and Daniel go back a decade and a half and in that time he has been to him a brother, a spiritual guide, a financial advisor and even a manager!

Kristen Doi

Matron of Honor

Kristen has the honor of being the Bride’s favorite sister, nevermind that she’s her only sister! Kristen and Traci have been lucky to grow up together in a tight-knit and loving family. They’ve shared clothes together, rooms together, nights baking together, as well as a lifetime of Hallmark movies together. Now they get to share life stages as Kristen welcomes Traci into married life as her Matron of Honor.

Andy Le

Groomsman

Andy is the epitome of a martial artist. He has been described by many as the Jackie Chan of tomorrow! He is one of the biggest sources of inspiration for Daniel's continued journey as a martial artist. You may recognize him for his roles in recent hit movies such as Everything Everywhere All at Once as well as Shangchi and the Legend of the Ten Rings! He and Daniel founded the filmmaking group Martial Club together with his brother Brian and the three are taking the world of action movies by storm!

Nicole Lim

Bridesmaid

Nicole and Traci have been partners in crime since their college days! Their university activities included enrolling in the same classes, not studying for said classes, working at the same place, Target trips, Costco outings and racing home to watch ‘Arthur’ (yes, that kid show) while eating Dino nuggets (yes, the kid food). Back then, they thought wrapping paper hung on the walls made for good wallpaper and that weekly Costco samples made for a legitimate meal. One of these things holds true to this day!

Brian Le

Groomsman

Brian is brains and brawn all wrapped up into one beefy banh-mi. Quick with a joke and even quicker with a kick, Brian is one of the most explosive martial artists to ever grace the movie screen. You may recognize him as a security guard with a fondness for... trophies in the hit film Everything Everywhere All at Once or perhaps as a tough guy in one of your favorite police procedurals! He and Daniel founded Martial Club with his brother Andy and the three are taking the world of action movies by storm!

Mandy Ogomori

Bridesmaid

Never one to shy away from truth, Mandy can always be counted upon to tell it like it is and Traci considers herself incredibly fortunate to have her as a sister in Christ. Mandy has been leading the Bible study group Traci attends for the past 8 years (wow!) and she's played an instrumental role in her spiritual formation. She is an amazing listener, wise counsel and the hostess with the mostess yummy food alongside her husband Daren. Thanks to Mandy, Traci has been well fed both spiritually and physically!

Valentin Rojas

Groomsman

Val is a true renaissance man in our time. He draws, he paints, he sews AND he serves and protects as a peace officer in the Phoenix Police Department. Val and Daniel have known each other since 5th grade and share interests in films, video games, zombies and art, particularly the martial arts. Old sparring partners, Val has probably punched Daniel in the face more times than everyone on this list combined. They walked their high school graduation covered in bruises that they dealt each other earlier that same day!

Joycelyn Allenegui

Bridesmaid

Joyce and Traci met by happenstance through a mutual friend in middle school but their friendship which endures to this day is no accident! Joyce moved to Hong Kong shortly after they met but thanks to the magic of AIM, phone calls, and hand-written letters, she has never stopped being in Traci’s life! Thankfully they live in the same state once again and even hold memberships at the same gym... maybe one day they'll actually go!

Mike Duenas

Groomsman

Mike is a musician, photographer and IT specialist- the best of both the artistic and technial worlds! You can think of Mike as a Jack of all trades! He's a quick study and has proven himself proficient at just about anything he and Daniel have ever tried together, including even martial arts and acrobatics! He and Daniel have been close friends for over twenty years. He has been with Daniel through his most formative eras, standing by him through thick and thin (literally, he was friends with Daniel even when the Groom was just a chubby nerd)!

Christina Boontanond

Bridesmaid

Christina is THE best listener and advice-giver around! She’s a pro… literally (If only those hours with Traci were billable). Traci feels lucky to have known Christina since the 4th grade at good ol' Pat Nixon Elementary. They’ve shared a childhood together featuring countless Yogurtland dates, wandering night drives, walks around the park, and photoshoots using their ‘cool’ digital cameras with self-timers.

Tim Keahey

Groomsman

Tim is a man of many languages and he's willing to follow his linguistic passion to the furthest corners of the globe as a missionary for God's kingdom. Sharing Daniel's enthusiasm for the martial arts, Tim is a practitioner of the Brazilian art of Capoeira. Hardpressed is one to find finer puns than the ones that Tim and Daniel roll out when they reach full banter. Going back to their college years, these two have had each other's back as martial arts team mates, coworkers in the oil industry and soldiers for Christ!

Allison Inouye

Bridesmaid

People used to ask Traci if she was ACTUALLY friends with her cousin to which she would reply, "You're not friends with yours?" They were inseparable growing up, always plotting ways to see each other more. Adventures included trips to Disneyland with matching outfits, constant sleepovers, crocheting blankets, late night talks, getting baptized together, and naming all their stuffed animals. They no longer spend hours playing with their stuffed animals together, but they do get to see each other at church every week.

Philip Lin

Groomsman

Of all Daniel's groomsman, Phil has the distinction of having known Daniel the longest. They first became friends at church nearly three decades ago when they teamed up to spy on their elder siblings after Friday night Bible lesson. Phil, referred to as 'Lil' Phil by Daniel is also the first person to ever breathe the idea of Daniel and Traci as an item into the universe. A generous soul, Phil has gifted Daniel with shoes, clothes and hair products on countless random occasions and has thus been influential in fostering the Groom's interest in fashion and barbering!

Hannah Harrill

Bridesmaid

Hannah is Traci’s ‘aminaminable’! What? You don’t know what that means? Well then that simply indicates that you weren’t cool enough to hang out with Traci and Hannah. Just kidding, it was just a nickname they made for each other in middle school. Hannah moved away to Georgia after 8th grade, leaving Traci devastated but clearly silly nicknames aren’t the only thing that stand the test of time! Traci and Hannah have remained friends since and Traci was even able to stand by her aminaminable as a bridesmaid at her wedding!

Brandon Chun

Groomsman

A radio-worthy voice and washboard abs are just two of the ways by which Brandon inspires Daniel. The two have been friends for over a decade since they first started training together at Gym Max Open Gym. The two share a love for martial arts, acrobatics and the Lord. He has always been an open ear to Daniel and the tips and experiences they've shared with each other over the years have gone far beyond martial arts tricking, expanding into life, career and relationships!
