When should I RSVP by?

How do I RSVP?

Answer

On our wedding website, there is an RSVP button. Type in your first and last name. Select all guests associated with your results only if they are able to attend. If the RSVP website is not working and you have been invited, please contact the bride and she will make sure that a spot has been saved for you.

Where should I park?

The venue provides free parking in the plaza it is located in.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at 1pm, please arrive by 12:00. Late guests will not be allowed to enter the venue after the ceremony has started. Clearwater is a very popular vacation destination for snow birds during the month of January, please be prepared for unexpected traffic.

What is the dress code?

This is a black-tie-optional function. Just don’t forget your dancing shoes 😉

Unfortunately, if you are not personally invited, we are unable to accommodate as we have restrictions with our venue and vendors.

Of course! They have already been invited! Just make sure you select their name(s) when RSVP-ing.

Unfortunately no, the groom works on Monday 🙄

The wedding will be held indoors.

Is the ceremony and reception being held at the same place?

Answer

Yes. After the ceremony, there will be a few minutes where we will relocate to another room for cocktail hour. During cocktail hour, seating for reception will be set up. Once set up is complete, the reception will begin.

Can I wear a white dress?

Will Rex be in attendance?

Answer

Unfortunately, Rex steals the spotlight everywhere we go. He will not be present.

Can we bring gifts instead of ordering off of your registry?

Yes, we appreciate any and all gifts! We thank you for any contributions to our big day- even if it’s just your attendance!

Both the ceremony and reception is assigned seating.

Can I arrive to the venue early?

If you would like to arrive earlier to help set up seating and decorations, the venue is open at 11. Please be mindful of the vendors and decorators that are also setting up at this time. The time frame from when the venue opens to when the ceremony begins is very limited.
