Swim Suits and Cover Ups

Welcome to Bali! Please join us for a welcome event on Friday, July 5th to kick off the festivities. We will be spending the day in the water, on the slides, and sipping our cocktails poolside. Please RSVP as soon as possible to allow us to make proper reservations. Have a travel buddy that isn't attending the wedding, but would like to attend this event? Please add them to the question below.

Wedding

Think elevated resort wear. Afterall, in Bali, you should feel like you are on vacation at all times. We look forward to seeing you in your flowy dresses, button downs, and slacks. Please no shorts.

Group Excursion: Mt. Batu Trekking and White Water Rafting

1:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hiking shoes or sport shoes, warm jacket, long pants & change of clothes

*Additional guests welcome! Please confirm in the section below* Excursion Price: $90 per person Join us in a private tour to the top of Mount Batur to watch the sunrise. Following our hike, we will be white water rafting on the Ayung River. Price includes transportation, breakfast, and lunch. Itinerary: 01.30 – 02.30 AM: Pick up from Ubud (location TBD) 04.00 AM: Start trek to the top of Mount Batur 06.00 AM: Arrival at the summit/Watch the sunrise of Mount Batur 08.30 AM: Arrival at finish point 09.30 AM: Stop at a Balinese Coffee plantation 11.30 AM: Starting point of Ayung Rafting Adventure activities 01.30 PM: Finish point of rafting & have lunch 03.00 PM: Arrive back in Ubud (exact time may vary depending on location) Please RSVP as soon as possible to allow us to make proper reservations. Group Activity: Indonesian Cooking Class

7:30 am - 7:00 pm

Learn how to make traditional Indonesian meals! Each class fits up to 14 people. The first to RSVP "yes" will have first pick between the morning or afternoon class. Please specify which menu you would prefer. Class Price: $30 (Send payment to Tate by April 7th- Early payments appreciated) Morning Class: 7.45am-1.00pm Afternoon Class: 2.30pm-7.00pm Regular Menu: Sup Ayam (Chicken soup) Sayur Urab (Vegetable salad) Nasi Putih (steam rice) Sate tusuk ayam (chicken satay) Pepes ikan (steam fish in banana leaf) Kari Ayam (chicken curry) Tempe manis (deep fried tempe in sweet soy sauce) Dadar gulung (rolled cake with coconut and palm sugar) Vegetarian Menu: Sup Sayur (vegetables with mushroom) Sayur Urab (Vegetables salad) Nasi Putih (steam rice) Sate tempe dan tahu (tofu tempe satay) Pepes jamur (grilled mushroom in banana leaf) Kari Tahu Tempe (tofu tempe curry) Tempe manis (deep fried tempe in sweet soy sauce) Dadar gulung (rolled cake with coconut and palm sugar)
