Answer

We have rooms held at group rates available for our guests. Please book with Maggie through our booking site with Destinations Weddings.

Answer

There is a deposit of $50 per person to hold your room or $100 a room. Any travel insurance that is purchased is required at booking. Our system will automatically calculate this for you when you book online.

How long can I book my room for?How long can I book my room for?

Answer

You are welcome to stay as long as you would like, but please arrive at least one day prior to the wedding date. The minimum night stay is 3 nights.

We have worked with Maggie and the resort closely to hold/provide group rates that will not change during our planning process. If you should find a lower price, please reach out to Maggie melles@destinationweddings.com to let her know and she can attempt to price match it for you.

Do I need a resort pass if I’m not staying at the resort?Do I need a resort pass if I’m not staying at the resort?

Answer

Yes. Guests not staying at the resort must purchase a wedding day pass to attend. The pass is valid starting 30 minutes before the ceremony for up to 5 hours and costs $80 per adult and $45 per child. Full-day passes may be available at the front desk at the regular rate. This fee is to be paid by guest. Non-resort guests must be registered in advance and will need to check in at the entrance and front desk with a valid photo ID. We kindly request that you let us know in advance if you'll be staying off-site. While we would love for everyone to stay at the resort to maximize our time together, we understand individual circumstances may vary.

Cancun international Airport (CUN) Please note, roundtrip airport transfers are only in and out of CUN Airport and will be included with your reservation.

YES! Rates include, ask snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!) non-motorized sports, taxes & dining gratuities. But it’s always important to bring cash for tips!

ABSOLUTELY! You’ll receive an email invoice after you book your room. Please use the invoice linked in the email to make payments at your convenience.

No-however, flights are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. • You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). • DO NOT purchase flights until your room is confirmed. • please email Maggie your flight details once booked - melles@destinationweddings.com

Maggie needs your flight details because round-trip airport transfers will be added to your booking. Please provide the following details: DATE OF TRAVEL, AIRLINE, FLIGHT NUMBER, & TIME for both your arrival and departure. EXAMPLE: ARRIVING: 10/25/2025 - DELTA 4321 - 1:00PM DEPARTURE: 10/31/2025 - DELTA 1234 - 5:00PM

Airport transfer is your transportation to and from the airport to the resort. The airport transfer will be provided by Lomas.

YES, you will need a passport book! Ensure they are free from any rips, stains or watermarks. They must also be valid two months beyond your departure date.

Life happens! That’s why it’s HIGHLY recommended to purchase Travel Protection. It MUST be purchased at the time of booking. If travel protection is declined, all monies paid towards this booking are nonrefundable and non-transferable and will forfeited if cancelled or you do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled. Travel Protection, once purchase, is nonrefundable. You will be given two options below… one for full refund in the form of payment and other, travel credit. Please make sure to read this carefully and booking.

Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal/semi-formal, so we’d love to see you in your best celebratory look. Please skip jeans, shorts, or anything too casual—this is a special occasion! Please refrain from wearing white as this color is reserved for the bride and groom.
