On the lift right before the engagement.

D- I vow to enjoy our silly moments together although we may grow old in age (God willing), may we continue to stay young in heart and in spirit.

S- Today I not only make these promises to you, but I also embrace the the privileges I get to fulfill for the rest of our lives.

D- I vow to protect you to the best ability that God may give me. Although, there maybe times i'm protecting someone else from you.

S- I vow to speak life into you when the World wears you down.

D- I vow to be loyal and to always stick by your side, even when you're mad or frustrated at me.

S- I promise to support your dreams, because if you can dream it, it's worth us chasing together as a team.

D- I vow ro be patient whith you, even when you adopt more critters, because there is humility in being reminded of how God intended us to be shepherds of our community.

S- Scripture tells us that two are better and stronger than one.With you by my side, no burden will be too heavy.

D- I vow to be honest with you, to be truthful, in good times and the bad, because when we're 80 you'll know i'm telling the truth when I say, "You look beautiful."

S- I will do my best to forgive quickly and fully, just as Christ has forgiven us, because love cannot flourish without grace..

D- I vow to pick you up when you fall, to be a shoulder to lean on when times are low, To be the man you can count on when everyone else falls short.

S- I promise to choose healing over hurt, and to fight each day for the bond we share and the new family we are making.

D- I vow to strive to be a better man each and every day. To push each other upward in life. You have always pushed me to be that person.

S- When the World tempts you to compare yourself to others, I vow to remind you that comparison is the thief of joy. That God has given you everything you need to live fully, faithfully & with purpose

D-I'm so thankful that we keep each other accountable by speaking up, the actions we take, and the intentions we put out into this World so that one day we can look back at the life we built together.

S-If or when life feels dark and heavy, I get to be your light and to pray over every struggle

D- I vow to care for you, as God commands a husband to care, to lead, & to cherish his wife so that we may walk together with Christ in this life and the eternal one.

S- I get to grow with you through hard times, celebrate victories big or small. To listen to you with an open heart when you feel alone.

D- I vow to allow you to be yourself. You have a light that shines so brightly in this World, it would be a sin to cage that light from the World.

S- I get to challenge you not only in heart but in mind by speaking truth with grace and to inspire thoughtful reflection. Knowing that as iron sharpens iron, we become stronger and wiser together.

D- God made you so that your light may touch all those around you. You have no idea how infectious your spirit is and it's truly a beauty to behold.

S- Your life will never go unnoticed becasue I will be there to see and honor all that you do.

D- Last of all, I vow to love you with all of my heart, with all of my body, and all of my soul.

S- I vow to trust your leadership & to follow you as sheep follow their shepherd. Until my last breath, I will love you as Christ has called me to, stubbornly, faithfully, fiercely, & without end.

D- To be thankful and mindful that each and everyday is a blessing with you, thanks to the sacrifice of Christ.

S- With these vows, I entrust our marriage to Christ, may he guide our steps, actions, words, & mature our love into something greater than we could ever build alone.

D- That his spirit continues to pour through us and always be present throughout this covenant we start today.

S- I have been blessed by God with the gift of loving you the rest of my days on Earth. I pray I fulfill these vows to a standard that our Father in Heaven grants us the same privilege in eternity.
