When should I send in my RSVP by?

I tried to RSVP online by entering my name as it appears on my invitation and received an error message, what's going on?

Answer

Try inputting your last name only. If that does not work, please email your RSVP to shrutimukkamala@gmail.com.

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

Absolutely not! Your presence on their big day is all the bride and groom are requesting. If you feel inclined to bless the new couple with a gift please consider their upcoming move to Pittsburgh and their request for no boxed gifts.

Do I need to stay at the Sonesta Bee Cave Austin or can I find lodging accommodations elsewhere?

Answer

Please stay wherever you feel comfortable. Keep in mind that complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Sonesta Bee Cave Austin on Saturday for both the ceremony and reception. Additionally, informal late night food and beverages will be available at the Sonesta Bee Cave Austin on Saturday following the reception.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The most convenient airport is Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) as it is a 30 minute drive from the hotel. However other airports within the region that may have cheaper/more direct flights include San Antonio (SAT) which is a 1 hour 30 minute drive from the hotel and Houston (IAH or HOU) which is a 3 hour drive from the hotel.

Is there parking at the venues?

Answer

Yes! There is ample, free and private parking available at both Friday's and Saturday's event venues.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel on Friday and Saturday?

Answer

On Saturday there will be shuttle transportation to/from the hotel for the ceremony and reception. There is no formal shuttle transportation on Friday evening to the Welcome Dinner. However if you are not planning on renting a car and would like a ride pre-arranged for you please contact the bride and groom in advance.

What time should I arrive at Canyonwood Ridge for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 10:00am on Saturday morning if you would like a quick bite to eat. We ask that all guests arrive no later than 10:30am for the start of the ceremony.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? What about the reception?

Answer

Weather permitting, the Wedding Ceremony will be held outdoors. The evening Formal Reception will take place indoors.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to share our wedding festivities with the world. We just ask that you use the hashtag #happilyeveradams so we can keep track of all the special moments you've captured!

What meals are being served on Saturday?

Answer

Breakfast, lunch and dinner! A quick breakfast will be offered at Canyonwood Ridge prior to the start of the Wedding Ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a full Indian lunch will be served. At the evening Formal Reception, a full Tex-Mex dinner will be served along with a full, open bar throughout the night.

Will there be vegetarian and vegan food options? What if I have a special dietary need?

Answer

Yes there will be plenty of vegetarian and vegan food options. Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies with your RSVP.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The Formal Reception will end at 10:30pm. For those looking to continue the fun, an after-party will ensue at the Sonesta Bee Cave Austin. Stop in for some late night snacks or a night cap. Details to follow.
